Zenith Place was a great living experience! As a
working professional in the Triangle, it was really
important for me to live in a fun, but mature and
respectful environment. Not only did my homeowner,
Joyce Robinson, fit the bill, but so did my
roommates (who were personally screened and
handpicked by Joyce). Moreover, the house had a
warm, woodsy feel to it and was centrally-located
(minutes from Duke/Durham Freeway/I-85/Whole Foods
and equidistant from Raleigh/Chapel Hill). My room
was charming with lots of living and storage space,
bright walls, and plenty of sunlight. I can't say
enough good things about Zenith Place - just that
you have to experience it for yourself!

“I lived at Morreene Road for two years with my owner, Elisa. We loved it there! I had a huge, completely fenced in backyard to run, fetch the tennis ball, and chase squirrels in. Will, my landlord, was a really nice guy, both human and pet friendly. As is the house, which was perfect—clean, spacious, well-kept and a short bike ride to Duke’s campus. Did I mention that we were only a short walk to Duke Forest trails?! Man, I miss that house…”

wondered what the house would be like because I only
contacted him by phone before I arrived in Durham.
When I saw the house, it was nice. It is close to the
university. I rode a bike or walked to the university
every day. Will Robinson is a nice person. He is
friendly to every member of the house. I enjoyed
being in the house.
